How long does it take for orders to process?

What are your shipping options?

Please note that shipping costs are based on the shipping option you choose and the destination of your order. If you would like to ship order overnight order must be placed by 1PM EST.

Do you offer refunds?

We do not offer refunds but we do allow exchanges. We strive to provide accurate product descriptions and images to help you make an informed purchase decision. If you have any questions or concerns about a product, please contact our customer support team before placing your order. If you do need to process an exchange you will be responsible for shipping and price difference if the item is more.

What's the best way to take care of my merchandise?

We suggest you take care of your flip or fall off merchandise just like you would any luxury items you have. Dry clean.
